Licence
EXEVIRO — copyright © 2026 IBERTO. All rights reserved except as granted below.
This is the agreement between IBERTO ("we", "us") and the person or organisation that bought EXEVIRO ("you"). It applies to the version you bought. Payment is taken by our payment provider, who is the seller of record for the purchase; this licence, and everything about how you may use EXEVIRO, is between you and us.
1. Two licences
| Standard licence | Extended licence | |
|---|---|---|
| For | One end product that is free for its end users, or that you use inside your own organisation | One end product its end users pay to use or to get access to (a subscription, a paid app, a SaaS) |
| Built for | Yourself, or one client who will use it | Yourself, or one client who will use it |
| Developers | Any number working on that end product | Any number working on that end product |
| Servers | Any number running that end product | Any number running that end product |
An end product is one finished application or website built with EXEVIRO, with its own name, its own users and its own purpose. A new product, a new client's product or a separate brand is a new end product and needs its own licence. Several deployments of the same end product (staging, production, a copy per region) are one end product.
If you are unsure which licence you need, choose the Extended licence, or write to us before you buy.
2. What you may do
- Use EXEVIRO's source to build and run your end product, on as many computers and servers as you need.
- Change it: modify, restyle, rebrand, rename, translate it and connect it to your own backend.
- Keep your changes and your end product's own code, content and data private. They belong to you.
- Receive the updates and support described in section 6.
3. What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, sub-license, rent, give away or publish EXEVIRO's source, or a modified copy of it, as a template, theme, starter kit, boilerplate, UI kit or similar, on another marketplace, in a public or shared repository, or in a competing item.
- Make the source available to people who are not working on your end product. A private repository for your team and your client is fine; a public one is not.
- Share one licence between different end products, clients or organisations.
- Use the EXEVIRO or IBERTO names or logos to suggest that we made or endorse your end product.
- Use EXEVIRO for anything unlawful.
The finished application that your users run is yours to distribute. These limits are about the source and about turning EXEVIRO itself into someone else's template.
4. Name, logo and demo content
The EXEVIRO name, logo and wordmark come with the package as placeholder branding so the template looks finished while you build. Replace them with your own before you publish an end product; they are not licensed to you as your brand. The sample people, companies, projects, tasks and text are fictional; use them while developing and replace them before you publish.
5. Ownership and other people's software
We keep the ownership of EXEVIRO. You keep the ownership of what you add to it.
Some parts have their own terms, which this licence does not change:
| Content | Terms |
|---|---|
| Fonts (Inter, IBM Plex Sans Arabic) | SIL Open Font License 1.1. May be bundled and redistributed with your product. Licence text: src/styles/fonts/OFL.txt |
| Icons | Geometry follows Lucide (ISC licence) |
| Software libraries | Each under its own permissive licence. Listed in THIRD-PARTY.md and checked by npm run check:licenses |
| Pictures (logo, sign-in artwork) | See docs/credits.md for the source of each |
6. Updates and support
- Updates to the version you bought (every 1.x release) are included at no extra charge, through the same place you downloaded it. Read
CHANGELOG.mdbefore updating. - Support by email for six months from your purchase, as described in
docs/support.md.
7. Refunds
If EXEVIRO does not work as its documentation says and we cannot fix it, we will refund your purchase if you ask within 14 days of buying. Write to support@exeviro.com with what went wrong. A change of mind about the design, or a feature the documentation does not promise, is not a reason for a refund.
8. Warranty and liability
EXEVIRO is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It is a front end: it has no backend and no real authentication, and you are responsible for securing your finished product (see SECURITY.md and the Roles and permissions page of the documentation).
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the licence.
9. Ending the licence
This licence ends automatically if you break section 3. You must then stop using EXEVIRO's source in new work and delete the copies you hold. An end product that you already delivered to your users is not recalled by this.
10. General
- We may change the terms for future versions; the terms you bought under stay with the version you bought.
- This is the whole agreement between you and us about EXEVIRO.
- It is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo hear any dispute about it.
- Questions about this licence: support@exeviro.com.
